PRIZE DRAW - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Adena Springs 2021 free nomination prize draw is open to persons aged 18 and over who are not employed or contracted by Adena Springs and who have not yet booked a nomination for either American Guru or Shaman Ghost for the 2021 breeding season. One entry permitted per mare / per stallion. Entries are only accepted via the online prize draw entry form. By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Adena Springs North containing offers and developments that we may think interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from emails at any time. Closing date of the prize draw is 11.59am EST on February 28th 2021. Entries received after this date / time will not be considered. One winner will be chosen at random from entries received for the complimentary nomination. The winning entrant will be able to choose one complimentary nomination to either American Guru or Shaman Ghost. Five entrants will each receive a $500 discount voucher against the advertised fees for American Guru or Shaman Ghost, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Winning entrants will be notified by email on or before March 2nd 2021. Winning entrants must be the registered owner of the nominated mare. The complimentary nomination and $500 discount vouchers cannot be transferred to any other party. No cash alternatives will be offered. Adena Springs North reserves the right to overrule or change any stallion selection for equine health reasons if they arise. The complimentary nomination or $500 discount voucher can only be used during the 2021 breeding season and winning entrants must complete both the 2021 Mare Information Form and the 2021 Breeding Shed Form before the covering session and abide by the farm protocols in place during the covering session. Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
